Retail products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, if they are lightly used or unopened.
Reservation Policy
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments booked online or by phone. This helps us protect our service providers’ time and maintain an efficient schedule for all our guests.
Updated Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the reserved services.

No-call / no-show reservations will be charged 100% of the services booked.
