Hair Extension Consultations: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required, which can be applied to any service. These consultations are scheduled for 30 minutes. In-person consultations are mandatory for new hair extension | braiding clients.

Color Corrections: We highly recommend in-person consultations for color corrections to ensure the best results.

Regular Services: Consultations for regular color and cut services will take place during every scheduled appointment.

Hair Repair and Corrections: Typically require an average of 3 or more appointments to achieve the desired outcome.

• Booking: A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment.

• Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations to best serve our guests and stylists.

• Appointment Confirmation: To keep your reservation, appointment confirmation is necessary. Any appointment not confirmed within 24 hours will be cancelled.

• Cancellations within 24 Hours: A fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged for any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, regardless of the reason.
• No-Shows: A fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged for no-shows.

• Hair Services: Color formulation, lightening services, cutting, and extension installations are always performed exclusively by your designated hair artist.

• Teaching Salon: Please be aware that we are a teaching salon, collaborating closely with our Associates throughout your appointment.

• Associate Roles: Licensed and trained Associates may perform extension removal, shampooing, one-process colors, toning, prepping hair, and blow-drying.

• Team-Based Approach: We are a team-based salon dedicated to growth and education, working hand-in-hand with our Associates on every client, every day.

• Artistic and Personal Preference: Hair is an art form, and we understand that styles are subjective to individual artistic and personal preferences. Our primary goal is to foster positive and productive stylist-client relationships.

• Color Adjustments: If needed, simple color adjustments can be made within 14 days of your appointment, at the stylist’s discretion.

• Significant Changes: Significant changes may require additional services, which will be charged accordingly. Achieving your final desired look may take multiple lightening, repair, or color sessions.

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services.

• Satisfaction Check: Please ensure you are happy and comfortable with the placement of your extensions before you leave, so we can make any necessary adjustments.

• Complimentary Adjustments: If extensions are properly cared for and issues outside the norm arise (e.g., bead slips or corners lifting), we will adjust them for you at no cost.

• Improper Care: Issues with hair extensions resulting from improper care will incur additional charges.

• Detangling Fees: Detangling matted hair for removal will incur an additional cost of $50 per 15 minutes.
