SALON 181 ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
We’re passionate about supporting new stylists as they step confidently into their careers. Our customized training program is designed to challenge your strengths, support your growth, and set you up for long-term success.
You’ll receive one-on-one coaching and hands-on training that focuses on guest experience, hair extensions, foundational color, cutting and finishing techniques, product knowledge, and more. Plus, our weekly “opportunity days” give you the chance to work with your own guests and build your confidence behind the chair.

GUEST SERVICES
Guest Service Experts are the heart of our front-of-house experience. From the moment a guest walks through the door—or picks up the phone—you’re there to make them feel welcomed, supported, and seen.
This role goes beyond a friendly smile. You'll be trained to offer thoughtful service recommendations, introduce guests to our at-home care options, and keep the salon running smoothly throughout the day.
